Brother and sister, Kristen and Karen decided to embark together on the adventure of creating children's accessories in 2013.
They don't live in the same country? Who cares! Karen, based in France, takes care of imagining the accessories and Kristen, based in Vietnam, surrounds herself with a talented team to make them.
A first website was created and a year later, sales to French and foreign Concept Stores began.
At Luciole et Petit Pois, we like to mix materials and styles, we love pretty Liberty fabrics that we twist with a touch of glitter! The wise prints are adorned with tulle, the velvet is combined with sparkling sequins and the floral cords are adorned with golden pearls.
Kimono barrettes or sailor pompoms, we also draw on our childhood memories, between Brittany and Japan, to create shapes and characters.
In 2016, the very first gift box was offered: pretty duos or trios of barrettes, headbands and bracelets to offer or for yourself. Since then, the gift boxes have been renewed every year and have become the brand's must-have!
Over the years, the collection has expanded to include jewelry, bags, pouches, cases, costumes...there is something for all ages and all occasions!
Particular attention is paid to the quality of the accessories: each barrette is carefully sewn for good durability over time.
Today, Luciole and Petit Pois accessories are distributed in more than 300 points of sale in France and abroad.
A second website was created with the same ambition: to offer a soft and sparkling world to see life through rose-tinted glasses!
